Individual Spiritual Doula Sessions
Traditionally it is called "Spiritual Direction," I call it being a "Spiritual Doula" but "Spiritual Companionship/Accompaniment" may be the most accurate descriptor.
In these 60 minute one-on-one sessions, I will serve as a companion so that you can feel safe, bold, inspired and nurtured in your spiritual journey. I trust that the insights you most need are probably already alive inside of you, and gentle nudges and kind permission from my presence can help you to discover the wisdom you already possess. I can provide ideas, insights, resources, rituals and practices that may expand and nurture the areas of spirituality that you wish to grow. You might find that this is accomplished through a single session, or a series of sessions spaced over weeks or months.
Outside of Philadelphia these sessions are offered via Zoom.
For those in Philadelphia outdoor sessions are available either walking or seated at The Woodlands (weather permitting) with indoor sessions considered in special circumstances.
Sessions in a series can be scheduled as often as every other week or monthly. The cost of each 60 minute session is $75.
