​Here are a dozen different ways to relax!  Explore these and figure out which one fits you best.
Find a comfortable spot in your home to make, or lie down on your left side in your bed to practice.  Introduce scents that are calming that will also help reinforce your body and brain's relaxation response.  ENJOY this time and make a regular practice
