Refunds & Cancellations
I believe in the quality and value of the classes that I offer and so I hope and expect that you will be more than satisfied with the learning experience I provide to you. If for any reason after you complete your in-person or online class you do not feel that it was worth your investment, you may request a full refund.
Participant Cancellation
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and that you may be unable to attend class or otherwise need to change your plans. In consideration, I work within the following guidelines
In-person group class registration may be cancelled for a full refund up until 10 days before the scheduled class meets.
If you need to cancel within 10 days of the scheduled class you may:
- Transfer your registration to another group class. (If the cost of the class you transfer to differs from the class you registered for you may receive the difference as a refund or a credit towards an online class or private session.)
- Apply the full value of your payment to an online class or private session
- Receive a 75% refund made to your original payment method
Special circumstances will be graciously considered on a case-by-case basis.
Instructor Cancellation
If an in-person class cannot be held due to circumstances out of my control* (such as but not limited to severe weather conditions/travel advisories, instructor illness, extreme family emergency) you may choose to attend a rescheduled group class date, receive a private session to cover the class material or receive a full refund.
Occasionally a group class with low attendance may be converted to private class.
In this case the length of the session will be adapted to cover the group class content, usually within a shorter amount of time. If willing, the private session can be held at the participant's home rather than the group class meeting space.
*in 13 years of teaching I am proud to say that I have only had to cancel class one time due to illness that ended up requiring hospitalization. I have and will continue to do my very best to never have to cancel a class except in the most extreme and unlikely of circumstances.
