Mama Bird's comprehensive pregnancy, birth and postpartum series is offered in partnership with Mama's Wellness Joint. While we can no longer meet together physically in the Mama's Wellness Joint space, we are thrilled to offer you the same empowering and confidence-infusing sense of community that you've come to appreciate at Mama's Wellness Join through a virtual class format or in-person classes at other local venues.

The Positively Pregnant in-person class is offered at Kith + Kin in Brewerytown, the Confident & Prepared Birth One-Day Class (as well as the optional in-person workshop offered with the 3-week virtual class) meets at Fishtown Montessori in Fishtown, and the Postpartum Wellness, Breastfeeding Basics & Newborn Class meets at Minnow Lane in Fishtown.

After you register and pay you will receive an confirmation email with additional details. For virtual classes, you will also receive and email the day before your scheduled class with a Zoom link, class handouts and other information.
